Huski Wear signs another partnership with Ski Team Sweden Alpine
Creating partnerships with the right people is an important part of our initial success, and we are happy to announce that we will be the new clothing partner of the Swedish national alpine team.
Feedback from the skiers will be an important part of the development process for upcoming collections. We hope this collaboration will contribute to helping the team meet their goals, but we also want to support the development of Swedish youth skiing from a wider perspective. By using the right materials and products, we will contribute to creating the best conditions for Swedish skiing.
"To us, design, style and functionality is everything. And of course, fabrics and garments that match the Swedish team’s training, competitions and their need for these throughout the year are just as important. This co-operation is our way of supporting the Swedish team and we also hope it will encourage more Swedes to take up skiing," says Magnus Liljeblad.
“Our dialogue has been very creative and inspiring and the possibilities we see ahead will contribute to the progress of the sport, both in a wider context and at the elite level.”
Tommy Eliasson Winter, head of the Swedish Ski Association
"It’s fun to co-operate with a challenger in the clothing industry. And with a business concept that involves owning the entire chain from production to sale, we get a partner with whom we can develop clothes together," says Tommy Eliasson Winter, head of the Swedish Ski Association. "Our dialogue has been very creative and inspiring and the possibilities we see ahead will contribute to the progress of the sport, both in a wider context and at the elite level," he concludes.
With a digital focus and by controlling the entire chain from production to distribution, Huski Wear aims to reduce the number of middlemen while offering high-quality garments at good prices. There is also an environmental aspect to the company’s DNA where production and transport have been optimised to minimise their carbon footprint.
The partnership between Huski Wear and Ski Team Sweden Alpine will be visible at the beginning of July 2021.
