Living legend Kjetil André Aamodt, one of the world’s most successful alpine skiers of all time, joins Team Huski Wear.

“I’m thrilled to have Kjetil with us on this adventure. His vast experience and knowledge of the alpine ski racing branch are invaluable to us and to consumers,” says Magnus Andersson agent for Huski Wear in Norway.

And Kjetil shares Magnus’ excitement. 

"I'm really excited about this and want to give credit to Huski Wear for taking sustainability and prices that make it possible for more people to buy functional ski apparel at reasonable prices into consideration," says Kjetil. "When Huski Wear spontaneously and honestly asked me to join, I wanted to take a closer look at the products and the concept," he continues, "and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that everything is catered towards ski racing clubs and that the clothes don't cost a fortune. In addition, the system is built to make it easy for clubs to place orders and replenish during the season as new skiers join," he concludes. 

Kjetil is the fourth professional alpine skier to team up with Huski Wear, joining Christian Mayer (Sales Manager Austria), partner André Myhrer, and ambassador Anna Swenn-Larsson. 

“It has been our strategy right from the start to tie skiing icons with the right values to the Huski Wear brand,” says Huski Wear CEO Magnus Liljeblad, “and Kjetil checks both those boxes. He wants to give back to the sport he loves and considers youth skiing the foundation to build on, which is right in line with our strategy.”
