General

The following terms and conditions (henceforth the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Huski Wear AB (company registration number 559250-7940) (henceforth “Huski Wear AB”, “we” or “us”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Huski Wear’s website www.huskiwear.world, and orders made by telephone, e-mail or by live chat with Huski Wear’s customer support team (henceforth together the “website”).

Please note that Huski Wear does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Huski Wear reserves its right to stop selling a product.

Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.

Huski Wear reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should read this page regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

Placing Order

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, by telephone, e-mail or by live chat you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.

Please note that products in your shopping bag/cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Huski Wear. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by e-mail or by phone. If we already have received payment for such a product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and we are not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Prices may also vary between physical stores, online stores, and the Huski Wear website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.

Huski Wear always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Please also note that Huski Wear may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Huski Wear under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.

The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

Payments

The following payments are accepted:

Please note that we do not accept payment methods not specified above. If you attempt to pay by using a different payment method, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by such an attempt.

All credit/debit card transactions on the website are processed using Klarna, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by Huski Wear. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as in your bank account.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Huski Wear your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Delivery

To meet your needs, we offer multiple shipping methods. More information on each shipping method is available at the checkout.

Delivery can take up to 7 business days, but it is our ambition to deliver all orders within 24 hours on business days, or 1-3 business days during sales. Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and start on the day that your order leaves our warehouse. Any delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability are not taken into consideration. If Huski Wear fails to deliver within 30 days, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.

Your package will be delivered to your nearest collection point unless you have selected delivery to your door. You will receive an e-mail or an SMS notice when the package is ready for pick up or delivery to your door.

Right of Withdrawal Period

Withdrawal

As a consumer (a private person not buying on behalf of a company), you are entitled to withdraw your purchase at any time within 60 days of the day on which you have received the product.

Right Withdrawal Period

The right of withdrawal period starts on the day on which you have received the product and ends 60 days later. In case of partial shipment, the right of withdrawal period expires 30 days after receipt of the final product.

Exercising the right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, return the product(s) to us in their original packaging within 60 days, using the enclosed return slip. Please note that you also need to fill in and enclose the return form. More information is available on the return form. You can also exercise the right of withdrawal by not collecting your package or by not accepting the delivery.

Effects of exercising the right of Withdrawal

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the purchase price as well as delivery and return costs with the following reservations:

Return costs are only reimbursed if you use the free service provided. Return costs will not be reimbursed if the product(s) is returned using any other service.

The reimbursement will be executed without delays and never later than 5-10 days after receipt of return. The amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless you have made another agreement with Huski Wear. In no case will there be any additional charges because of such a refund.

You are only liable if the product has decreased in value due to improper handling that has affected the product’s nature, character and/or functionality.

Defective Products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Swedish Consumer Act (1990:932), you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years from the date of purchase. However, you must always notify Huski Wear within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Huski Wear considers the products to be defective, we will make a full refund including shipping costs. Huski Wear’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, Huski Wear’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Huski Wear can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.

We protect and respect our consumers’ personal data and safety, although we cannot fully guarantee the security of information and payments transmitted online. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages incurred because of the use of electronic integration tools, such as, but not limited to, damages resulting from errors or delays in the delivery of communications, wiretapping or tampering of third parties or through computer software and virus transmission.

Provisions Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

Without limiting your rights as a consumer according to the laws of your country, these Terms and Conditions and all disputes or claims arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
